and State building Codes
Today every type of roof can come with a warranty providing certain
stipulations are met.. ie., manufacturers requirements
Sloped roofs 30, 40, 54 and lifetime warranties are available
Flat roofs I0, 15, 20 ~ 30 year warranties are available
BEST ADVICE... GET THE WARRANTY BEFORE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT... ONCE THE PROJECT 1S DONE, IF THE MANUFACTURER DOESN'T CERTIFY YOUR INSTALLER OR THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR WARRANTY
Example: never accept a no felt/tar paper roof .... NO PAPER, NO WARRANTY... IT IS THAT SIMPLE
